Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to love your purchase. However, because all items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color. We accept returns only in these cases:

• Wrong item shipped
• Damaged or defective item (print quality issues, major defects)
• Item significantly different from the listing

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Process:

• Contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos.
• If approved, we will work with our printing partner to arrange a reprint or refund.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Note: Due to our location in India and production partners in the US, processing may take additional time. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
